MCC COMMITTEES
The Morris County Collaborative is made up of Committees. Each committee chair is a Board of Director. These committees drive the activities and events of the collaborative that implements the Strategic Plan.

Marketing & Communications
Beverly Austin is the Marketing & Communications Chairman and handles Press Releases, media interviews, social media, photography and Facebook Live, website development, billboards, marketing materials and collateral.
COMMITTEES AND COMMITTEE CHAIRS

Community Liaison – Maudie Peters is the Chair and does the community outreach & education on healthcare and increasing the well-being of our community.
Community Advocacy (Benevolence) – Darryl Martin is the Chair of this committee and assists those who have lost their jobs or income, disabled, or suffered a disaster with emergency funds. Applications are available on our website under Community Help.
Youth Today – Edwin Mims, Sr., and Margine Mims are the Chairs and handle all youth related activities.
Fund Development – Founder, Margine Mims, chairs this Committee and finds grants and funds for the Collaborative.
Government Liaison – Jerri Chism is Mayor Pro-Tem, Lone Star, Texas and City Council member and Chairs this Committee.
Veterans Liaison – Andrea Caraway is the Chair for this Committee and coordinates Veteran affairs for the Collaborative.
Resource Management -- Martha Baker manages all of the resources for Morris County Collaborative
