Help us help Morris County

The Morris County Collaborative addresses growing and complex societal issues such as:

  • Job creation
  • Childcare
  • Food and nutrition
  • Formerly incarcerated re-entry
  • Homelessness
  • Youth development
  • Drug addictions
  • Community health care
  • Natural disasters
  • Terrorism

To do this effectively, we need your help.

Your tax-deductible gift of any amount will help us continue to assist and support those caring for the most vulnerable populations in high-need, low-income communities. Morris County Collaborative is currently accepting charitable donations of all amounts. Even if it doesn't seem like much, anything you choose to donate will go a long way towards helping us reach our goals.

We also accept:

  • Houses/housing - We need facilities for recreation, meetings, classes, and events. Additionally, we’re in great need of houses to serve as shelters for single mothers, the homeless, and those who are transitioning to life after incarceration.
  • Clothing - Clothing is a basic need that’s often overlooked, but without proper clothing, children face difficulties at school, adults are held back from job opportunities, and the elderly suffer without basic provisions.
  • School supplies - An estimated 2,800 local children under 18 live in poverty. Donations of school supplies and backpacks help them attend class, improve their grades, and develop skills for better opportunities. Donations to MCC also help youth purchase supplies for Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math projects (known as STEAM projects).
  • Food and food bank facilities - Most people in poverty run out of food before each month ends. Your donation of food and kitchen supplies helps families to meet one of their basic needs to remain healthy, happy, and productive.
